What Do Lions Do?
Our Hands-On Approach to Service
Lions are actively involved in a variety of service activities. Our members:
•Plan and Execute Service Projects: From vision screenings to school supply drives, we organize and participate in initiatives that address community needs.
•Fundraise for Local Causes: We host events like the Paradise Chocolate Festival to generate funds that are reinvested directly into our programs.
•Advocate for Community Needs: We identify gaps in local services and work to fill them, often partnering with other organizations.
•Support Youth: We mentor young people, provide educational resources, and create opportunities for their growth.
•Enjoy Fellowship: We meet regularly to plan, socialize, and strengthen our bonds as a club.
How to Become a Member
Your Journey to Service Starts Here
Becoming a member of the Paradise Host Lions Club is a straightforward process. We welcome individuals from all walks of life who are committed to service. Here are the steps:
- Express Your Interest: Reach out to us via phone or email to let us know you’re interested.
2. Attend a Meeting: Join us for one of our regular club meetings to meet members, learn more about our activities, and experience the fellowship firsthand.
3. Submit an Application: If you feel the Lions Club is a good fit, complete a membership application.
4. Get Involved: Once approved, you’ll be welcomed into the club and can immediately start participating in our service projects and events.
